How to withdraw

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Go to your orders and select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel order"
  4. You will automatically receive a withdrawal confirmation email

Once your withdrawal is registered, we will reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method as your original transaction.
